Makeup Your Wedding Lips

Makeup, then Kiss...
Did you know that the darker your skin tone, the darker you can go with your lip color on your wedding day? Burgundy and blackberry are beautiful on dark skin. Women with medium skin tones look pretty in currant or red, and those with light skin look best in low-voltage neutrals and glosses. If your bottom lip is paler than your top lip, you can even them out by applying a sheer, dark lipstick to your lower lip as a base, then sweeping the same lipstick over both lips.

If you want to have very full lips that don't require too much enhancement, avoid bright, attention-getting colors and stick to quiet, flattering shades instead, like caramel and soft brown. Perfect for kissing the groom!

Why Lash Out on Your Wedding Day

Why Lash Out?
Far beyond what a mere mascara wand can accomplish, false eyelashes add length and fullness to the tiny hairs that frame your peepers. When applied correctly, they can look really natural. They also minimize the need for heavy mascara or eye makeup, if you're into a more natural look.

Lashes aren't just a statement; they're practical, too. "They open up the eye and make a dramatic difference in photographs.  And if they're applied correctly, you don't even notice the lashes, but you can see that the eyes look stronger, brighter, and more defined."
